COLOR WASH FEE
Changing the imprint color within the same product run will incur a fee. This occurs frequently with assortment orders.If you are placing an order for an assortment and would like to have the ink color changed for some of the item colors, this fee will be incurred for every new color added to the same run.
For example, if you are ordering an assortment of tennis balls of blue, black, purple and white, you may want white imprint on all the balls. However the white ink color will not show up on the white balls.
This is when an ink color change may be required and would incur a color wash fee.
If you are unsure if your order requires a color wash fee, contact our Customer Purrfection Team and they will be more than happy to help you determine if this fee will be required or will try to provide solutions to avoid this fee whenever possible.
