Need a sample of a product before placing your full order?
Random product samples requested, if available, will be selected from our warehouse and shipped to you for review.
Please note that not all of our products have samples available for shipment,
however most of the promotional products are available to request random samples.
Most product samples will have random imprints and are not considered as endorsement by the company represented on the items.
If the product you are requesting a random sample of is not available,
you will be contacted by customer service to offer a possible substitution or refund of shipping costs paid.
Random Product Sample Shipment:
Product samples, when available, are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days after order processing.
Tracking information will be sent the next morning, or as soon as the tracking updates and is available in our system, if available.
Most of our samples are FREE, you only pay for shipping.
Some products may require a small cost for a sample.
You will be notified if the selected item does not have free samples available.
(We can not guarantee color selection for product samples)

Product samples are random and for product quality review.
No returns accepted on product samples.
How To Request Your Samples:
• Select the product category you want a sample from and then enter the products Item Name in the box.

You may also indicate the color of the sample you would prefer to see and we will do our best to accommodate your request, however we can not guarantee colors for random product samples.
• Hit 'Add to Cart' and Proceed to checkout.
Site will only calculate shipping costs based on the number of samples ordered.
